Caring for Your Cap

A quality cap doesn't need much attention.

A little care now and then is usually all it takes to keep it looking good for years.

After wearing it, let your cap air out before putting it away. Store it on a flat shelf with the crown facing up and keep it away from direct sunlight whenever possible. A soft clothes brush is often enough to remove dust and freshen the fabric after regular wear.

If your cap gets wet, allow it to dry naturally. Avoid direct heat and washing machines, as both can affect the shape and texture of the fabric.

Like a favorite leather jacket or a well-worn pair of boots, a good cap develops character over time. The fabric softens, the fit becomes more familiar, and before long it feels like something you've owned for years.
