Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – CapWrights (United States)

At CapWrights, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and careful handling of every order. This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. This policy applies to all orders placed within the United States.


1. Return and Exchange Period

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

Within this 30-day period, customers may:

  • Return an item for a refund, or
  • Exchange an item for a different product.

Requests submitted outside this 30-day period will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

A return or exchange will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The return request has been approved in writing by CapWrights prior to shipping.

CapWrights reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs, including any applicable fees, are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • An incorrect item was shipped by CapWrights.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the claim is approved, CapWrights will ship a replacement item.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Replacement items are shipped only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

6. Order Changes or Modifications

Orders are processed automatically after placement and generally cannot be modified.

Only in the case of an incorrect shipping address should customers contact us as soon as possible. We will review whether the address can still be updated before processing or shipment. This cannot be guaranteed.

Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, no changes are possible. In such cases, this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies.


7. Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are generally not possible.

Once an order has been placed, particularly after processing or shipment has begun, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the Shipping Policy and this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy apply.


8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact us at support@capwrights.com.
  • 2. Include the following information in your email:
    • order number,
    • full name,
    • reason for return or exchange,
    • photo evidence if applicable (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  • 3. Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping the item.
  • 4. Ship the item securely and retain proof of shipment.
  • 5. Email us the shipping confirmation to help expedite processing.
  • 6. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

9. Return Shipping Instructions

Returned items must be sent to the return address provided after approval.

Do not return items to the original shipping address unless explicitly instructed to do so.


10. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.
  • Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days using the original method of payment.

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly by email before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Reaching out to support@capwrights.com is typically faster and more effective than contacting a payment provider. We always respond within 24 hours and actively work to resolve the issue.

In most cases, issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication than through a formal dispute process.
