or simply isn’t the right match for you, you can easily return or exchange it according to our return and refund policy.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction matters to us. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and original packaging. While we’re happy to accept items you’ve carefully inspected, items that have been worn or used can’t be returned.
Do I need approval before sending a return?
Yes. To make sure your return is handled quickly and correctly, please contact us first so we can provide written approval and clear return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may unfortunately be refused.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging, so we can review the issue quickly. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement and get it on its way to you as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, we’ll issue your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds apply to the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days using the original method of payment.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, of course! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, so you won’t pay anything extra for shipping or handling.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 9–15 business days after placement. This includes:
- 1–3 business days for order processing
- 8–12 business days for shipping transit
While delivery times can occasionally vary, we carefully monitor each shipment to

When will my order ship?
We believe it’s important that you can track your order as soon as it leaves our distribution center. Your order will ship by the date shown as “Ships By”. Once it’s on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a short moment to become active.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment. Please note that some tracking updates may be limited or delayed during transit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are generally not possible. If your order has already shipped, our return policy will apply.
What if my order is delayed or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your order hasn’t arrived 20 business days after shipment, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 3 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
