Our Story

WHERE IT STARTED

CapWrights began almost thirty years ago, not as a company, but as a friendship.

We met as teenagers while working part-time in a local grocery store. Between stocking shelves and closing shifts, we spent countless hours talking about life, the future, and the idea that one day we might build something of our own.

Then life came first.

Careers. Marriages. Children. Family holidays. The kind of years you don't get back.

Through it all, our friendship never changed.

For years, every conversation ended the same way.

"One day."

Until one evening, sitting in a bar with a beer between us, one of us finally asked,

"When is that ever going to be?"

We both knew the answer.

So we stopped waiting.

WHY IT FELT RIGHT

We weren't looking to start a cap company.

We were looking for a cap that felt like us.

Not loud logos.

Not trends for younger crowds.

Not another baseball cap.

Just something timeless. Comfortable. Effortless.

The kind of cap a man reaches for on the way out the door-again and again, without thinking.

We believe style doesn't belong to a certain age. If anything, it gets better with time.

That's what drew us to flat caps and newsboy caps.

A good cap shouldn't ask for attention.

It should simply feel right.

BUILT ON TRUST

Trust has shaped CapWrights from the very beginning.

We don't manufacture our own caps. Instead, we work with trusted manufacturing partners, carefully selecting materials, refining the fit, and focusing on the details that make every cap worthy of the CapWrights name.

If we wouldn't wear it ourselves, it doesn't become part of our collection.

We believe exceptional service matters just as much as exceptional craftsmanship.

That's why we still read our customer emails ourselves, respond personally, listen carefully, and do our best to make things right whenever something falls short.

It's one of the reasons customers choose CapWrights again.

STILL THE SAME IDEA

Today, more than 10,000 orders have been delivered to customers across the United States.

We're grateful for every one of them.

Some customers tell us it's the first cap they've truly enjoyed wearing in years.

Others say they've finally found a style that feels like them.

Those messages remind us why we started.

Nearly thirty years ago, all we had was a friendship and an idea.

The friendship is still here.

The caps simply came later.
